  • 2. Refund is applicable on applied slab rate.

    •  a. In case of refund amount will be deducted for previously applicable slab-

Slab – 0 - 1000 - 0% - Consumed package will be charged at Slab 0 offer

Slab – 1 - 1000 - 10% - Consumed package will be charged at Slab 1 offer

Slab – 2 - 1000 - 20% - Consumed package will be charged at Slab 2 offer

Slab – 3 - 1000 - 30% - Consumed package will be charged at Slab 3 offer

Slab – 4 - 1000 - 40% - Consumed package will be charged at Slab 4 offer.

Customers & Company can cancel the package with a 24 hours Pre-intimation to our customer support centre or by dropping an e-mail at connect@denovocare.in and claim the refund as per terms agreed with company .*
